Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing, easing stress and promoting relaxation. It has been proven to help lower blood pressure in people who have hypertension, reduce the frequency of migraines and help bring calm and mindfulness to our busy lives.
Join me for a live 30-minute yoga class, from the comfort of home, in which you will be guided through sequences of yoga stretches and postures, each time with a different theme.
Don't worry if you've never done yoga before, the class is for all levels including beginners. It's a short session to give you a taste and I will provide a range of options to suit each level.
It's more important than ever to find new ways to keep your body and mind healthy and active and yoga is a great way to reduce anxiety and leave you feeling more centred and energised.
WHAT YOU NEED:
* Bare feet or socks.
* If you don't have a yoga mat then a large towel will do.
* Ideally wear something slim fitting so I can check your alignment.
